Jazz Homes Pty Ltd was established in January 2011, a secondary company, to well respected, experienced local Townsville Builder, Peter Breen. Originally having established Peter Breen Constructions Pty Ltd in 1993, Peter’s focus was building custom unique homes as well as providing off the plan designs for the residents of Townsville. In 2010, Peter branched out to Federal Government construction, building 100’s of residential homes for Defence Housing Australia.
