Peter Breen

Director/Site Supervisor

Peter Breen is the Director of Jazz Homes Pty Ltd, a local Townsville building company established since 2011. Peter has been involved in the building industry since 1992, having built his first home after obtaining his builder’s license. Whilst steadily developing his initial company, Peter Breen Constructions Pty Ltd, Peter worked on every construction site in a carpentry capacity whilst also gaining experience and knowledge in all aspects of on-site works.

The commencement of Jazz Homes Pty Ltd saw Peter involved in opening display homes in several display villages over the years enabling local residents to see the top inclusions, exemplary finishes and attention to detail that has firmly cemented Peter’s reputation for quality new homes.

Peter is proud to be a true local supporting local suppliers and sub-contractors, some having been associated with Peter for well over 20 years. Peter takes great pride in the high quality of work in each and every new home. His top priority is to ensure clientele are provided with individual, professional and accurate advice as well as providing options of choice in design, technology and price. You would be searching high and low to find a local experienced Townsville builder who has shared the same hands on approach to building as Peter, something he is extremely proud of.

Michelle Breen

Administration

As Peter’s wife of 27 years, Michelle has been involved in the building industry for the majority of Peter’s career, initially keeping behind the scenes in a support role for his initial company Peter Breen Constructions. Whilst having her own career in the Qld Police Service, Michelle initially assisted in office/administration areas from Peter’s first home to the many tenders he fulfilled with Defence Housing. With the establishment of Jazz Homes in 2011, Michelle progressed to a full time role in liaising with staff, clientele, display homes and marketing for the company. Today, Michelle’s passion lies in ensuring top customer service is provided to all clients from onsite progress, after sales service and as general first point of contact for past and present clients. Michelle enjoys being a part of a strong team of dedicated subcontractors and associated local businesses who provide that personalised service she is proud to be a part of.
